1. Create a Page for an important topic where you are interested to keep the information for a long time.

2. The discussions can be done at the end of every page.

3. The wiki administrator will delete the old records when they are not relevant anymore

4. The wiki administrator will move information to keep it in the right folder or page.

5. The wiki does not replace other collaborative tools we have been using such as the yahoo group or the official site of LACAIS. The wiki is a complementary/collaborative tool that will allow us to keep updated information in one repository.

6. Please do not upload large files such as photos because the wiki is free and has limited space. We would prefer using another tool for photos and include the link in the wiki.
